Processing and Dispatch Time

All orders are carefully checked, packaged, and dispatched from the UK.

  • In-stock items are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days after payment is received.
  • Pre-order items are dispatched once stock arrives from suppliers, after the stated release date. This may take up to 2 months.
  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order will not be shipped until the pre-order items arrive. To avoid delays for in-stock items, please place separate orders.

You will receive a notification and tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that this is an estimate and may vary due to postal delays or peak-season demand.

 

Delivery Issues

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If your tracking shows the order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office first.

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days from the dispatch date, please email us at info@jinipoppopkshop.com and we will investigate.


Lost and Damaged Parcels

All orders are shipped with tracking and limited insurance.

If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receiving it. Always record an unboxing video and take clear photos of the damaged packaging and items so we can assist.


If the courier confirms your package was lost, we will replace or refund your order in line with our Returns and Refund Policy.

 

Pre-Order Shipments

Pre-order items have estimated timelines listed on each product page.

Delays may occur due to supplier or shipping issues outside our control; however, we will always update customers via email and social media when items arrive and when they are shipped.
