Please make sure to always film a full unboxing video—starting from the moment you open the package. Items missing or damaged inside the product box are down to the manufacturer, therefore, we are unable to refund or exchange for this reason. 

Also, please note that tiny spots, dust, or light scratches on photo cards can happen naturally during the printing process and aren’t considered damage.
