Your merch’s outer box or case is there to keep your items safe during shipping. Small marks, scratches, or slight colour changes on the box are totally normal and not considered defects.

Please make sure to always film a full unboxing video—starting from the moment you open the package. Items missing or damaged inside the product box are down to the manufacturer, therefore, we are unable to refund or exchange for this reason. 

Also, please note that tiny spots, dust, or light scratches on photo cards can happen naturally during the printing process and aren’t considered damage. In the case of Plush (sewn) products, facial shapes may vary slightly and some finishing may not be perfectly neat due to production characteristics, fraying of less that 1cm may occur during the manufacturing process. Lose threads or slight printing irregularities may occur due to manufacturing processes and therefore are not considered damage.
